Chuan Jiang Medicine PC is a private practice specializing in pulmonary disease in Flushing, New York. Under the care of board-certified pulmonologist Chuan Jiang, MD, the practice offers the full spectrum of pulmonary function testing and patient-centered services to provide you with comprehensive care for your condition. 

The practice is committed to making your visit as seamless as possible. They provide lung cancer screenings and other lab tests on-site, allowing you to receive prompt answers during your same-day visit.

Dr. Jiang is a fellowship-trained physician with board certifications in pulmonary disease, internal medicine, nephrology (kidney disease focus), and obesity medicine. He completed his undergraduate education at the prestigious Cornell University, obtaining his degree in molecular and cell biology. Following his studies, he went on to complete his doctorate in medicine at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Northwell Health - North Shore and Long Island Jewish Hospital and completed his pulmonary fellowship at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. 

Passionate about advancing the field of pulmonary medicine, Dr. Jiang has published a number of works in esteemed medical journals and presented his findings at national conferences. Dr Jiang is on faculty for the pulmonary fellowship at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and participates the education of training the next generation of pulmonary physicians. 

Chuan Jiang Medicine PC delivers evidence-based medicine with compassion and understanding. Dr. Jiang works alongside his patients to develop an effective plan of care for infectious and interstitial lung diseases, pulmonary embolism, pleural effusion, asthma, and more. He also specializes in obstructive sleep apnea, a condition that causes breathing problems during sleep. 

Our office also provides Primary Care services as well. We have a team of providers at this location who provide primary care services to patients. These providers are Dr Baoen Jiang (MD), Dr Margarita Chang (DNP), and Angela Shen (PA-C).  We provide annual physical examinations, in-office phlebotomy, laboratory services, vaccinations, health care maintenance, cancer screenings, in office ultrasound studies, and referrals to other appropriate subspecialists as well. We also provide immigration examinations and vaccination services for green card and citizenship evaluations as Dr Chuan Jiang is a USCIS Civil Surgeon.
